✦ Terms of Service ✦

・By commissioning me you accept my Terms of Service.・Failure to comply with this Terms of Service may result in ban from future commissions, and will result in all rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork rescinded.・The Client is responsible to clarify with the Artist any policy they are unsure of.

General Terms

・Do not trace or reproduce any of my artwork
・Do not edit, modify any of my artwork without my consent
・Do not claim the artwork as your own creation
・Do not use my artwork for AI-related activities, such as (but not limited to) AI training and AI generated works
・Do not use my artwork for any blockchain-related activities, such as (but not limited to) NFTs and cryptocurrency

Commissions

・The commission slot is reserved and work time starts after payment is settled
・I reserve the right to decline any commission
・All commissions are delivered digitally・At the start of the work I will send you a WIP sketch, after approving it no revisions can be made to the pose.
・At each stage of the commission you will receive WIP update, this is a time to request changes applicable to the contents of the update. If you request changes to previous stages after approving their contents you will be charged extra fee depending on how big are these changes.・I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and/or post the drawing process on YouTube or Twitch stream. (Unless discussed otherwise.)

Payment Policy

・Payment can be made through Paypal Invoice. If this method is not available for you please discuss a different payment method before commissioning (I don’t accept payments in cryptocurrencies).・All prices are listed in USD but I also accept payments in EUR.・Payment will be paid upfront in full unless discussed otherwise.・Payment plan available for commissions above $200

⤷ This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for mass distribution and/ or profitable activities, such as [but not limited to]:
   ⤷ Printing the artwork for sale
   ⤷ Using the artwork for merchandise design/ sale
   ⤷ Using the artwork in games
   ⤷ Using the artwork as part of a marketing campaignCommercial Rights not required for use of the artwork on streams, video thumbnails, social media posts and icons.

Refunds & Cancellation

・The Client must never request / submit a Paypal chargeback under any circumstances. This will be considered a violation of my Terms of Service. If a refund has been agreed on, I will transfer the funds to you per our agreement.
Platform fees will not be refunded.・I will refund in the following circumstances:
   ↳ Work for the commission have not started, and 90 days have passed after payment
   ↳ I, the Artist, cancel the commission for reasons such as: inability to finish the Commission, or for any misbehaviour or violation committed by the Client・No refunds after the work have been started.

・Some form of crediting the artist is mandatory.
・Please credit me as "Fgigi" or mention @FgigiArt  on X / Twitter

Important information:
・client needs to provide at least a written description of the character, references are more than welcome but not necessary.Process
・character design is a multi stage process - I will provide regular updates and ask for your opinion on each step like:
- initial sketch
- detail changes
- colors
・once a certain stage is accepted any additional changes to previously agreed on elements will be charged with extra fee.
